💵 What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on BoomCollectibles.com and our Ebay store are shown in Canadian Dollars (CDN) for consistency and clarity.

🚚 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is 100% free for all orders shipped within Canada and the United States, with no minimum purchase required. The only "catch" is that the purchase must be done through this website. Otherwise, shipping charges would apply if purchases are made via other means.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the U.S.. If you’re located elsewhere and interested in a specific item, please reach out — we may be able to accommodate international buyers on a case-by-case basis.

📦 How are items packaged?

We take great care in shipping collectibles. All items are securely packaged using professional-grade materials to prevent damage in transit.

  • Graded items are bubble-wrapped and double-boxed

  • MOC figures are packed with rigid backing and corner protection

  • Cards, comics, and games are shipped flat or boxed depending on size and fragility

⏱ When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on customs)

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

🛡 Are your items authentic?

Yes — authenticity is our top priority. All items listed are either graded or verified by respected third-party grading services, including:

  • WATA – Video games

  • CAS & AFA – Action figures

  • PSA – Sports cards

  • CGC – Comic books

Each listing clearly states the grading company, grade, and condition details.

🔁 What is your return policy?

Because we specialize in high-end, graded collectibles, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

📸 Are the photos of the actual item?

Yes — every product photo is of the actual item for sale unless specifically noted. We do not use stock images for graded collectibles.
